I’ve struggled with purchasing jewelry that was hypoallergenic my whole life. When i approached the jewelry section to purchase new hoops I was worried i’d find myself in two weeks with green marks and breaking out in hives. Thanks to the incredible knowledge of Stuart I am confident I won’t be running into these problems anymore ! Fantastic product knowledge and was able to educate me on how companies word the materials used. I am beyond words with how much energy and awareness Stuart had the entire experience ! I went to take advantage of the black Friday deals at the Queensbury NY location not really knowing what I might be getting myself into with a full parking lot at 7am. The deals were great as advertised, but I am choosing to write this review based on customer service. Every single employee I came across was extremely...well awesome to be honest!! Very friendly, patient, helpful and great spirited. Thank you for the great customer service on what can be trying day for retail employees. I don't remember her name but my cashier was # 963 and everyone is that whole checkout area was great.
My Mom & I went shopping was looking for a bathing suit & a small purse for my vacation in May. Found 2 I liked & used my JCP card. The Cashier has been there many years and was very pleasant. I usually shop here for my work/dress clothes. Very nice selections. I have been shopping with JCPenny's for years. Highly Recommend ??
