IVY NAIL SPA

I moved to the area recently and because of the good reviews, I went to Ivy Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure. Even though I made an appointment, I felt like the woman who did my pedicure rushed through it to get to another customer who had walked in after asking for a full set. She also didn't provide good customer service. The woman who did my manicure was a little bit more friendly, but overall I didnt feel super welcomed. Overall I do think she did a good job on my manicure, but I would rather get my nails done at a salon that the customer service was better.

Great experience! Was visiting Lake George on vacation and decided to get pampered. So glad we came her. They were so friendly and my pedicure was awesome. My daughter had her nails done and they were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

I originally went to a higher reviewed nail salon in the Glens Falls area, that was too busy and not as described. Thankfully, I found Ivy Nail Spa to be exactly what I was looking for! Clean, happy people in a well maintained salon with all the bells n whistles. Walk-ins are welcome! I will be back!
