I recently had an excellent experience with my first rental through Dumpsters Direct. Their customer service was great. Delivery and pickup were on time, with no damage to driveway, and no hidden fees! After reviewing many options in the area, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend as a good value.

We rented a dumpster from Dumpsters Direct last weekend. I was extremely pleased with the ease of ordering and promptness of delivery. The owner (Jake) was cautious of our driveway and laid down planks for the wheels to rest on. The unit delivered was a of high quality and condition with the loading door easy to open and close. I was pleased that the unit had a retractible cover which ensured that items did not blow out when we had it filled. Pick-up was a breeze with the same promptness and courteousness as delivery. I highly recommend!

Called Dumpsters Direct to get a dumpster on short notice and they were able to get it to me fast. Customer service was incredible with fast responses. I ended up needing the dumpster for a few additional days, which was no problem for them and the charge for the extra days is extremely fair. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a dumpster! They will forever be my go to!
