We have multiple repairs and installations performed Cerrone's since purchasing our home a little over 3 years ago. Every one of them has been a positive experience, with friendly staff both in the office and at our home, and clean professional work done each time. Our most recent job replaced a 45-year-old boiler furnace and hot water tank with a high efficiency Navient combi unit. The attention to detail in the completion of this job is truly remarkable! Last year we had a new cold air return installed for the forced hot air furnace on the second story of our home. I had my AC replaced by Cerrone recently.
Easy to schedule appts, quick quoting, friendly staff, and the technicians were thorough. Will continue to use them for service of furnace/AC moving forward.
We used Cerrone for two separate issues today. Service was fast and excellent. From the delightful person who helped me on the phone to the very capable techs, everyone was great. Prices are fair, service fast and good.
