Adirondack Truck Repair, a family-owned and operated business, was started by Jeff Threw in 2001 and has since grown from a garage to a 7-bay drive-thru garage. They provide services to fleets, individual businesses, and passenger vehicles, offering preventative maintenance packages to keep vehicles on the road. As a Tenco parts and service center, they can also make sander chains.
Customers have praised the business for its top-notch service, professionalism, and friendly staff. One customer brought in an old F250 diesel for a major overhaul, including a transmission replacement and front-end work, and was impressed by the prompt and professional service. Another customer appreciated the exceptional customer service from Amanda, who accommodated a last-minute appointment and went above and beyond to help with a truck inspection after hours.
The business has also received positive feedback for its accommodating and professional service when it comes to trailer brake repairs. A family from Virginia was grateful for the exceptional service they received after a long trip with a malfunctioning trailer brake system. Overall, Adirondack Truck Repair is known for its reliable and high-quality service.
Had a vibration in front end of my f450, could have been tyrod, wheel bearing, or alignment? They discovered tire beads for balancing the tire was the problem. They could have said a more expensive repair was required but recommended the less expensive fix that solved the problem! Great work, reasonable pricing and friendly staff! Will continue to recommend and use their service.
I took my semi truck here for a engine valve adjustment, DOT inspection and switching out a part called a harmonic balancer. They did fantastic work, the invoicing is easy, customer service was excellent. It is hard finding a good heavy duty diesel mechanic in the area and they just won all my business. I am grateful to have found them!
Went in for an inspection on my 33 ft motor home. They got me in at my appointment time. I was back on the road within 20 minutes.
Very friendly, courteous and professional.
