I recently visit this business after calling inquiring if they accept outside frames. The associate who assisted me Carolina, was friendly and product knowledgeable, I brought a pair of frames and she helped choosing the best that suited my features. I recommend this business.

The staff here is amazing! The girl at the front desk is so sweet. Despite being busy, she makes sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. The man who helps with glasses is also incredibly kind and attentive, making the process comfortable and ensuring you find exactly what you’re looking for. The doctor is wonderful!! He takes the time to explain everything about your eyes, making the process very calming and making you feel like he truly cares. Unlike other offices that rush you out, he is patient and thorough. Overall, a fantastic experience with a team that genuinely cares!

As a first time patient, I couldn't be more impressed! The store/office is very clean and well maintained. The staff from the moment I called was professional and attentive. They answered all of my questions and even answered some I didn't even know I had! :-). The Dr. was extremely professional, knowledgeable and spent time with me reviewing my testing results and educating me on my issues. When it came to choosing my glasses, the theme continued through. Everyone was part of my decision as I asked for their opinions which were greatly appreciated and it was FUN! I was made to feel welcomed and was treated with respect.
