I recently had the privilege to work with Ericka Hinton on two different unfortunate events. I lost my grandmother in January of 2026 & recently in April 2026 i lost my grandfather. I cannot say enough about the care and professionalism we received from Ericka Hinton and Jehu Saunders at J. Foster Phillips during such a difficult time. They stepped in at the last minute when another funeral home failed to pick up my mother, and from that moment on, they handled everything with compassion, urgency, and respect.
They were incredibly accommodating with several last-minute changes and made a very stressful situation feel manageable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family did not go unnoticed.
