Cici is absolutely brilliant and so amazing at her craft she is the ONLY REASON I keep coming back. The owner Jennifer on the other hand is so rude and dismissive, for the prices she charges you would think she would at least be nice to repeat customers, instead she is nasty. Doesn’t even bother herself to say hi or bye when greeted, unbelievable behavior.
I went back few weeks later to my usual nail tech, and the manager apologized for my prior experience and gave me a complimentary polish on pedicure and also asked that my friend come back to give her a complimentary gel nail. I honestly appreciated the effort to right a wrong and since then have continued to send my friends/family specifically to my nail tech and pedicure lady!
Got my nails done couple days ago by my favorite nail tech Nina. She's honestly so sweet and assists me so well with my needs every time I come! Definitely recommend her!! Also they have a parking lot in the back which makes it very convenient.
