The staff here are exceedingly professional and friendly, which makes getting in and out a breeze. The space is clean. However, the testing desks and chairs are small and uncomfortable, even if not distractingly so.

Staff was courteous and professional. Provides a locker to store my belongings and place was nice and chilled. Fan ran loud which was a nice white noise for me but may be distracting for others.

My first time to take an exam here. (Cisco Devnet). Maybe because I passed.. but I don’t have anything bad to say about this exam center. The staff was professional. Lockers are available for your stuff, bathroom is available too. The condition of the equipment and testing facilities were alright. I like the fact that the screen resolution was zoomed in. For people who may have vision issues like me.It’s probably not the best exam center but I’m giving it 5 stars to pull up the rating.Very accessible to trains at the Roosevelt Ave-74th street station. I say give them a try.
