Mike was an amazing technician. Diagnosed the problem which was a clogged sewer pipe. He came with mask and gloves on because of the corona virus, which I appreciated because I am a senior. I was told he would be here in an hour and he was on time. Mike was professional, courteous and efficient. Although the job was somewhat challenging, Mike cleared the clog. Would definitely recommend Cheap John's.
