Called Bluewater Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioner with clog issue as well as a back up issue and they were able to schedule me for service right away. The technicians, Jimel Mincey and Jesus Cohetero arrived earlier than expected which was great. Mr. Mincey informed me of fee before work started which I greatly appreciated. They went straight to work. Mr. Mincey informed me of what was needed to solve issue as well as updating me in interim of work as well as informing me what caused the problem. Blue water with all their techs are extremely professional and knowledgeable especially Jimel and Jesus who worked on my system !! And I can’t forget Stephanie the office administrator! Without her none of this would have been done! All my issues with my navien system was fixed with extreme satisfaction!!!! I highly recommend blue water for any of your plumbing needs.
