I was a little iffy reading all the reviews but I had an okay experience with the price point and efficiency. I did a walk in appointment on a Saturday for long wavy hair. It came with a wash. My hair came out a bit more curled than I wanted but it was decent. I just really wish they used heat protectant spray before they started using the hair curler. I did mention it but the hair dresser kind of just shrugged it off. If I were to do it again, I would request it to be used. Overall, I was in and out in 30 minutes and charged $26. For the price, I couldn't really complain since it saved me so much time for doing my own hair for an event.

I’ve been coming here for about four months and go to the salon for a wash and blow dry about twice a month. I’m always satisfied with my hair and the stylist are all great I have no preference. It’s definitely worth the price a wash an blow depending on style can range from 22-28$. They’re fast and efficient and I’ll continue to go to them as long as they’re there! It’s also Cash Only!

I came to this Blowout Spot because it's located on Metropolitan, closer to where I live now but I rather go to the one in Ozone Park. The lady that washed my hair had a bad attitude and didn't talk to me once. She kept talking to another worker. The person that styled my hair was nice but did not speak english so did not understand me when I spoke to him. The other lady had to translate for him. When I asked if he could put anti-frizz in my hair before drying it, the other rude lady came and asked me what I wanted because he didn't understand. She went to spray something in my hair but sprayed me in the face instead and did not apologize. It was just not the greatest...read full review
