This is my first back in a long time. I live across the country and wanted to get some swings in with my dad.
Julien and his team were super helpful and friendly. Since they updated everything Julien was amazing going through all the changes from the pricing to the way the new tees work.
My dad is definitely not technically savvy in anyway. Change can be sometimes a big deal to my dad when it comes to adapting to modern technology.
Julien went through all the settings and a quick run down of the new computers and how everything work and within a couple of minutes got us all set up.
All the amenities have been updated and I would definitely say it's a better value compared to top golf.
I am updating my previous 1-star review to 5 stars. The head of my iron broke off during practice and landed on the range. The staff took my number, retrieved the club head by the next morning, and offered me a free hour of practice time for the inconvenience. Exceptional customer service!
New updates a welcome change but pricey for what it is. New toptracer bays are nice and help with distances though. Their “memberships” are just prepaid cards. Also might be a soft opening thing but it’s really packed and staff rush you to leave
