I recently purchased a commercial building and hired Albert Maimone to represent me. I had a 6 week deadline to close on the deal and Albert assured me it would happen on time. Not only did we close on time, he was able to save me tens of thousands of dollars by renegotiated something he found on the contract. I highly recommend Al and staff for anything real estate related. Great firm.

Albert and AnnaLisa were so extremely patient and understanding of the issues regarding our closing. Through their efforts, we were finally able to close and quickly. Documents explained and executed perfectly. If the need for an attorney in NY should arise in the future, I would definitely contact this law firm!
