I am only giving this company one star because its the only way I can give the review, they do not deserve any stars. I hired this company and worked with Michael & his son Jonathan. My original consultation was with a guy that was nice and informative, never saw him again. I wonder now if he had worked on my yard if it would have a better experience. I had an appointment and no one showed up or called to explain why they weren't showing up. I called and the next day a teen (Jonathan) showed up and explained that they are busy at another project and just wanted to get an idea of what I wanted (first sign), Jonathan was nice and came across very knowledgeable and was understanding...read full review

It went horrible. Mike Dubhlaine and Danielle Marine the wife and Co-owner ,they pretended to not know each other when i took them to the NYC Dept Of Licensing Complaint Division Additionally, the UNSUPERVISED workers discarded construction debris in to my water proofed window well and i had to pay 1500 of my funds to have it repaired by the waterproofing company. All of all Boros discarded materials were thrown in the well and clogged my whole system. The fence they put up has gaps and 2 defective latches (definitely the least expensive latches he used). I asked them to come take a look at my malfunctioning HVAC units. They didn't ask for any details, came over tinkered around for ~20min then asked me for $500 to "change the resistance". An hour after they left the issues started again, I called back a couple times trying to call in my "one year warranty" with 0 follow ups from them. So I'm out $500. Shady company, stay away.
