Dmitriy did a wonderful job.He was professional and has a sharp eye.I would like more detail in his report regarding the appliances (HVAC, water heater etc), but otherwise he did an amazing job.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Dmitriy was fantastic to work with. He was super responsive, on time and very thorough with the inspection. Dmitriy walked us through every nook and cranny of the house answering all our questions and making sure we understood any major (and minor) issues. The inspection report was very comprehensive and clear with photos of the main issues he identified and wanted to make sure we understood. Highly recommended!
From the start of the inspection, Dmitriy was professional and explained the process clearly. He took his time to carefully assess each area of the house from exterior to interior and was patient with sharing his findings at review. I would highly recommend his services.
