“I absolutely love The Beauty Room! I get my lashes done by the owner, Jamie, and I’m always getting compliments on them. They last longer than any lash extensions I’ve had before, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The salon was recently renovated, and it’s so clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I’ve also had a blowout with Gabby, who is incredibly detail-oriented and takes the time to make sure you leave loving your hair. “Pure Salon has become my weekly treat. I go almost every weekend for a blowout, and while I usually see Rosa, I’ve had appointments with several other stylists and have genuinely been happy with every blowout I’ve gotten.

Rosa is absolutely my color girl, though. She’s been doing my color for a long time—I actually followed her to Pure Salon—and she is incredibly good at what she does. I get compliments on my hair color CONSTANTLY, even when it’s grown out and I’m overdue to have it done. That says everything.

I also have to give credit to the girls who wash hair because they’re wonderful and really know how to give a good shampoo. My one extremely specific complaint: I cannot get behind having my hair washed by someone wearing gloves. 😂 It just feels weird! But that is genuinely about the only complaint I can come up with.

The salon itself feels high-end without the high-end prices. It’s always extremely clean, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they’ll offer you coffee—although I’m pretty sure I’ve shown up carrying my own every single time.

At this point, getting my hair blown out is something I deliberately do for myself every week, and with plenty of salons to choose from, I keep choosing Pure. That probably says more than anything else I could write. Highly recommend them—and if you’re looking for amazing color, go see Rosa.“

“I truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Painted Gypsy! I’ve been there on three separate occasions and have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Ava and Andrea, and every single experience has been wonderful.

When I first walked in, my hair was extremely dry and damaged, I had a ton of grays, and I was honestly really nervous about coloring it. In the past, I’ve gone to different salons where my hair was over-processed and left feeling even more damaged, so trusting someone with my hair again was a big deal for me. That was absolutely NOT the case here!

I walked out not only LOVING the way my hair looked, but also the way it felt. Even after washing it myself a few days later, it still felt soft, healthy, and amazing, which honestly says so much about the quality of their work. I’ve had my roots done, gloss, and an amazing haircut, and each time I’ve left feeling completely transformed. My grays were beautifully covered, my color looked gorgeous, and my hair finally had shine and life again without sacrificing its health.

But what makes The Painted Gypsy even more special is the girls themselves. They are genuinely kind, friendly, open, honest, and completely nonjudgmental. There is such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere there. You never feel judged or uncomfortable, and you never feel like they’re trying to push something on you just to make a sale. They’re honest about what they recommend, they listen to what you want, and you can tell they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and beautiful.

Ava and Andrea are both incredibly talented, but beyond that, they are just genuinely wonderful people. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Finding a salon where you trust the people, feel completely comfortable being yourself, AND leave loving your hair is rare!!! and I’m so happy I found that here.
