“For 3 years I was going to my friends house who has a hair dresser come and work on the family of 5. It was covid and my hairdresser moved to TX. So although my hair came out good it was so stressful with working on 3-4 heads/time, she was always late and I had to lean over the sink where I pulled my back 6 weeks ago! Now it's Nirvana! I went on my own time, Dana listened to my needs, just a color this time, Alexa made sure I was comfortable with the rinse and shampoo and Dana made my hair shine! I will be going back!“

As others have mentioned, the space and treatment room are not particularly spa like. But my eyes were closed for most of the treatment and once settled in I hardly noticed. At the end of the day, I had an amazing facial, Christina was the perfect combination of friendly, informative, and quiet, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience; and the receptionist was so welcoming. I will definitely be back - regularly!“

I didn't actually know if what I wanted was considered a balayage or highlights or what (I don't get my hair done very often), but I had a few reference photos and she knew exactly what questions to ask and how to do it. She was not only highly skilled, but friendly and welcoming. The Parlour itself has such a fun atmosphere, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating this well-designed space.
