Great facility. Staff helpful and supportive. Non-judgmental gym. Locker rooms clean with ample room. Love going to the gym. Highly recommend Ontario Health & Fitness. Feeling great and looking better.
I believe that staying in shape is a very important part of my day. I think that a local gym is convenient and with gas prices being higher than usual, I think it is possible to get in shape at the local gym. There are many other things on a person's agenda. However, making a priority to get to the gym is a very good idea. With good health there is a healthy glow about a person. My day goes by really fasr when I enjoy my workout. That is why I really like the Ontario Fitness Gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clients are friendly.
Adjoining a physical therapy clinic, clean and has most things a larger gym has, plus friendly staff and members, very well maintained, modern equipment, even a sauna, I was only in town for a week and they gave me a fair temp. Price, manager is a nutritionist, also personal trainer and from what I have seen knows her stuff, they have lockers and showers too.
