The staff at North Country Veterinary Services is wonderful, with professional yet friendly and caring vet techs and doctors. They treat pets very well, getting right down on the floor with the animals to provide personal care. The doctors are super responsive, and clients can always expect a call back when leaving a message. North Country Veterinary Services has done a great job in helping even the most difficult pets, thoroughly explaining available diagnostics and treatments. The practice has also shown concern for pets' well-being, following up with a client whose cat was still unwell after a recent check-up and putting the cat on antibiotics.
It was very professional the Doctor was very informative and the Vet tech was very professional, A big shout out to Doctor Suzanne Odre and Justine Williamson they were both great and they made Schotzie's appointment very good 👍, thank you both.
We arrived a few minutes early, it wasn't a long wait when we were taken to the exam room. The people were all pleasant, our tech was extremely helpful, Dr J Gorman, we felt was very knowledgeable of our dog's history and feel he did a good exam on her. We had Dr Gorman 3 times now and would highly recommend him. Thank you North Country Veterinary Services.
Brought my dog in on an emergency visit and saw doctor Oliver for the first time. He quickly diagnosed a heart problem and was very helpful getting me into a cardiologist quickly. Since the cardiologist visit I have been back to Dr. Oliver two more times and is very caring when it comes to my baby. All the staff is always super nice and loving. I have no problem driving 30 mins to take them to North Country Vet. Highly recommend!!!
