Any of the old reviews are about the previous owners!! The salon sold to paint lab owners about a year ago! This review is about the new owners salon! They are by far the best nail salon in the North country! Great job every time. Extremely sanitary and clean inside the salon. Highly recommend!

would leave no stars if I could. doesn't answer the phone. booked an appointment online for 3 mani/ pedis, drove 45 minutes to get there just to find the place closed! asked next door and she said he shows up when he wants to show up. does anybody want to work anymore?

I made an appointment ahead of time so I could get in and out on my lunch break. They apparently don't bother honoring appointments (or they double book them) because she was less than 5 minutes into someone else's pedicure when I arrived 5 minutes early for mine. After asking if there was anyone else available (there wasn't) I ended up walking out because I didn't have time to wait. No explanation or apology- How unprofessional! Based on these reviews, though, I think I dodged a bullet.
