I have to say that the Utica crew (Terry, Mark…all the guys) are really fantastic to deal with in every way. They are so patient and helpful. They take the time to learn about your project and understand what is needed to get things completed. They will share their recommendations and discuss options…it’s really great. Terry in particular has been very generous with his time and expertise to walk me through a radiant heat install that I am handling myself. Even better yet, I’ve been having some great laughs at the counter !! It’s exactly the kind of service, attention and experience that is impossible to get at the big box stores. I can’t thank those guys enough for all their help ! Highly recommend the store !!

Excellent service! We needed a boiler for an emergency install and the boiler was ordered Friday, and delivered on Monday. Terry and the staff were all helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.
