Scott was fantastic from start to finish. His communication is incredible and timely. He cleaned my bike in less than 3 hours when I was expecting for it to take a whole day. Sparing everyone of the specifics, one of our teenage children got terribly sick in the backseat of our car, and we were able to book Scott late the night the incident occurred. We were able to drop off a very soiled, smelly vehicle the next morning and later that same day the car was returned to us better than when I bought the car brand new. Thank you Downey’s Detailing!
