Not enough staff, not easy to book, therapist are not very experienced. Some therapist don't have a good command of language (understand the body or speech) and downright rude. Stay away from Eric.

Thank you Christine at Massage Envy! This was my first time at Massage Envy and it was a great experience. I explained to Christine that I have knots in my shoulders that need firm/deep massaging to help relieve my pain and she really helped me out. I always worry that when I get massages that it won't be enough pressure or the pressure is firm but in the wrong places and I was very happy with the work that Christine provided. She was so caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout my 60 min session. I also walked out signing up for a membership as well.

My massage was with Eric and I left feeling years younger and the tense muscles I had when I walked in were gone. I highly recommend Eric if you are looking for a deep pressure massage.
