Keith helped me with my serious vibration problem. I had just had my tires rotated, and the dealership didn't balance them. Keith was very kind and fit me in on a holiday weekend. His sense of humor was almost as extensive as his knowledge. They have a spin balancer there, and Keith set to work removing all the tires, then spin balancing them with care. Sure enough, the front passenger side tire was the culprit, being way out of balance. I never asked what this was going to cost because Mike's Auto Repair was the only place willing to fit me in. Mike went above and beyond for me this morning. Even though he had a yard full of vehicles to get to he took a look at my vehicle problem first thing when he opened. He gave me piece of mind to drive from Old Forge back to Rochester.
