This vet was a breath of fresh air as we were so tired of corporate vets like Bond Vet in NYC. The kind and thoughtful staff took great care of our 11 year old dog and offered some new ideas and medicines to help our pup. Love Dr. Salty, she was attentive and thorough and really took the time to talk us through some new treatments.
I was visiting relatives when my GS started vomiting and then defecating what looked like pure blood. Tri-State Veterinary Medical made time for me that day! They were kind, caring and wonderful to myself and dog, explaining things carefully as to what was happening, what could be done and helped me decide which course of action to take. Telling the story to my family they were surprised by how affordable my emergency visit was.
GS is completely himself now. Thank you TSVM, if I move back you will be our vet!

I moved to the area 2 years ago and my chihuahua has always been healthy. A week ago she began struggling to breath. I made an appointment and Gracie was seen by Dr. Saltalamacchia. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The doc is treating Gracie with various meds including natural remedies. She has been extremely thorough and has called me at home 2 times to help me better understand Gracie's disease and how best to make her comfortable. I'm so glad I went here. I wouldn't intrust the comfort of my beloved Gracie to any other office. Thank you so much Dr. "Salty!"
