My initial communication with Tri-State was thru email & i have to say their responses were ALWAYS IMMEDIATE. They came out this past Tuesday (7/18) to check on our pool heater. It was leaking water from someplace & failing to ignite. The crew came in & knew what was wrong with it immediately (as did we). The whole heater had to be replaced. Today is Friday (7/21) & they arrived at 8:30am with the new heater! 45 minutes later & it was installed & COMPLETE. He knocked on our door, told us about using this new upgraded heater & that they will send us a bill in a couple of days. This company is AMAZING. They're HONEST, accurate, FRIENDLY & professional! Excellent and prompt customer service. They helped me out in a pinch! Two thumbs way up! Carol was lovely to deal with on the phone and they are professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
We just had our IG pool put in and Tri State pools did an amazing job !!!! Our pool is absolutely beautiful, the service is outstanding, family owned and everyone is very very friendly and helpful.
