I booked a consultation with her and she really took the time to find out what I wanted to achieve and came up with the best way to embrace my curls, work with with the gray that is coming through and fix the color that was just old. I feel like a new person. She explained each step of the process and made me feel so comfortable. I love my color and my cut. I will always have her do my hair from now on. “Carissa is a true artist & a lovely person. She made me feel welcome right away in her cozy, stylish, & immaculate studio. During the consultation process,she demonstrated a facsimile of a different technique on each eyebrow so I could decide which was right for me.I decided to go with the ‘hairstroke’ or nanobrow technique [she is the only practitioner on the island to offer this at the time of writing]. She had a cancellation, so we did the procedure right then & there!The nanbrow technique was the right choice for me, as I wanted hyperrealistic brows. I am more in love with my results than I can describe. She recreated my old brows with stunning accuracy so I still feel like myself— but brighter & more confident.She sent me home with care instructions, product, & a little treat in a goodie bag— such a thoughtful touch— & checked in after the procedure.
