If I could give Darmiento a million stars, I would. I could not run my business without them. They handle everything we need pertaining to our computer system, networks… responsive and so wonderful to work with.
I was referred to Joe at Darmtech from quite a number of local towns people. I had a major problem with Dell repairing my laptop while It was still under hardware warranty and I needed my unit for work desperately. Joe picked it up and brought it back the following day and just as I suspected, there was hardware failure which Dell tried to convince me was software basically to get out of sending a technician on site. ( I only had about three weeks left on my warranty… Get the picture?) Joe provided me with hardware test reports to forward to Dell. Joe is excellent, so knowledgeable. He gave me instructions for my computer problem via phone and it works. He is honest. Praise GOD In Heaven Thru JESUS CHRIST for good people like him. Highly recommended
