Upon initial inspection of the house prior to closing they fixed all of the requests we had. We haven’t had any major issues. While I can’t speak to the building process I feel our home was built well and with quality materials.”

Especially during heavy rains accompanied by wind, the flashing around my windows and second floor deck leaked water into the house interior. Tom’s crew repaired the leaks by sealing the exterior and replacing the flashing, trim and siding. The crew was extremely neat and respectful of my property. Tom was on the job every day ensuring that the job was done correctly.”
