“I opened my 1and 1/2-year-old Frigidaire refrigerator one morning recently and the light wasn't on and the fridge was clearly not working, what a bummer. I looked around for some repair services online and the best I could get was a week away, from Hogans. Then somehow Dick's Appliances popped up on my screen and I gave him a call. As he looked through his schedule I was thinking, oh man, I hope this guy doesn't make me wait a week also, then he said, "I can be there around 3:00 today, "Awesome I responded." Not having a fridge really sucks. Then he called back to say he could be over at 11:00 AM. "Great." I had the fridge pulled out and the bottom cover off. He immediately noticed that something down there wasn't even plugged in. When he plugged it I think we both expected the fridge to start humming, but we got nothing. Then he said, "your fridge must be in defrost mode." He pulled out a straight edge screwdriver, and under the cover, in the middle of the top of the fridge section, he turned a screw about 1/4 turn and, "Hmmmmm! Music to my ears. It was a simple fix and my worries of having to buy a new fridge melted away. His name is actually Dave and he was in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic. He could have ripped me off and said all kinds of things were wrong with the unit but he's an honest guy. Thanks, Dave. Well Done. I will always call him first for any kind of appliance repair.“
“These guys are friendly, efficient and reasonable. I would recommend them for any job related to plumbing. They installed a new vanity, sink and toilet in my guest bathroom and changed a faucet in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier. The vanity I bought at Lowe's and they assembled it right out of the box- no questions asked. These young men are hard workers. I will definitely call them again for my next project!“

“Professional, courteous, and responsive. My toilet had water forming around the base as "the commercial store starting with L" did a poor job on the installation. Charles came in and the entire job was about 20 minutes and reasonably priced and will last longer. I am grateful I found these guys. Thank you.“
