Man arrives. No tools or equipment. Mentioned that just needed innards replaced, but had to call his office. Wouldn’t turn shut off valve. Directed him to where water heater was. Both of them. They said that they could repair the “damage” done for $575. Keep in mind the parts necessary cost $35-$60 tops. Since they didn’t do anything or could not do anything, I wished them well and left. About an hour later, the secretary or receptionist called me undoubtably looking for an $85 consultation fee. Are you kidding me? When I told them what was needed, the innards of the toilet, your repairman came without tools. Unbelievable.

Called about 5 times to talk to a manager about something positive and the people on the phone would. 1. Make up excuse nobody available, to call back. 2 called back and kept playing games of no one available 3 think spoke to the owner but we were disconnected and when i called back they told me he was not available eventhou I told them I was just speaking to him. Odd way to do business
