Ben took the time to walk around the store with us to choose the perfect runner for our home. He took into account that we have cats and taught us about which rugs are the most “cat proof.” His installers were very talented and walked us through where the wood floor would be exposed. They even got the rug to fit right around the legs of our radiator. We are very happy with how it came out!
I had a wonderful experience working with Ben at Woven Art Studio to install a runner in my home. Ben was very responsive and communicative and especially patient with me as we had many iterations of looking through samples and changing my mind before finally deciding on a runner as well as binding material and color. I have known Ben for six or seven years since his Bedford Hills store days and have probably purchased just as many rugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair and a pleasure to do business with. His rug cleaning service is also exceptional. I would not purchase a rug from anyone else
