We’ve had a contract with a different pool company because our neighbor uses them and we kept them out of convenience. Over the past couple years things in the pool have broken or needed replacement. The filter, the cover and this week the pump. Each time our current company tried to gouge us. We ended up using Groppa for all three. The prices were fair every time. Their customer service was through the roof. Is there actually someone trustworthy in the NY area? I guess we finally found them. I urgently needed to have my pool closed early and all services i called said "no new clients". This group scheduled the closing within a matter of days and did an outstanding job. Their rapid response and quality of work was outstanding. I cannot thank them enough!Service: Winterization
