I wanted to like Bella Nail and Spa. It was pretty crowded and there was a contact stream of people coming in throughout our time there. My coworker and I walked in a manicure and gel manicure. We were taken pretty quickly considering we were walk-ins. I was about 90% done with my gel manicure and the polish wasnt drying (although it was gel) - it was coming off with the top manicure. The technician recognized and decided to take off the gel. A new technician came in to fix - she drilled the gel off, burned and cut my finger (it didn't bleed, but hurt). I could tell she was annoyed that she had to fix my manicure - not my fault that the polish didn't set. We'll see how long it lasts.

I love this place. It is a clean store and maintains a calm atmosphere. All of the ladies there are so kind and do a fantastic job! I recommend Bella Nail and Spa to everyone.Services: Pedicures

Honestly one of the best manicures I've had in years. I stopped getting powder gel for about a year bc everyone kept either making me bleed with the electric filer or rushing. I tried this place based on the reviews here and I'm glad I did. They were nice, gentle, did a great job, and the news was on in the background which was nice bc I kind of needed to just zone out into a tv for a bit. I'll be back!
