Stopped in with a question and needing my nose piece replaced, which I planned on purchasing. Staff stopped what they were doing and took care of me and I'm not even a pt there. 5 🌟 for my experience and I'll be changing to their office from Empire who couldn't even answer their phone.
Last Friday-(8/22/25) I Went In To Pick Up Contact Lenses I Had Ordered-(They SO Kindly “Retrieved” My Information From ANOTHER “Facility” I Had Previously Patronized) Not Only Were They KIND They Went ABOVE & BEYOND! My Order Was Quickly Fulfilled & The Girls -(Hannah Was The Young Lady WHO I Worked With-Tho EACH Young Woman I Encountered Was PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, CARING, & Committed To Her Job! VERY IMPRESSED!) Excellent and above all respectful service that met the best customer service quality standards widely accepted and mandated in the US and internationally. Friendly and cordial, employees gave me precisely what I wanted and needed, and rather quickly.
Being available New Year's Day when I happened to need the service and had my own time available was a great plus.
Great contrast to many places in Plattsburgh where employees serving customers cannot open their mouths without condescension, demeaning, abuse and just plain acting out.
Walmart continues to provide a safe and lawful place to shop.
