Taylor Rental has our riding lawn mower for repairs right now. So far I can really only comment on the people I’ve dealt with personally. Robin was kind enough to check into the status of our repair for me, and to find out who picked up our mower for the repair. The driver’s name is Jeff, and he is just honestly the nicest man. Most businesses that have to access our driveway, tear up the lawn. But Jeff is a skilled driver, and he is efficient and kind. I had total confidence in the business just based on how great Jeff is. Our new snow blower wouldn’t start in the first snowstorm of the season. The guys at TR came and picked it up and serviced it in a short time and got it back to us quickly as another big storm was expected. Thanks guys!
