Refused to honor warranty for lenses. I purchased out of pocket scratch proof transitions/progressive lenses for over $300 which came with a year warranty. When they got a scratch in my line of sight, I brought the glasses into the shop and Tom said they would replace them under warranty and they’d be in the 10-14 days. After three weeks I called and the receptionist said Tom never put the order in. She said she’d fix it. Two weeks later I called again. The receptionist said that Tom would get back to me and he would have to check to see where they were because they were late. Another two weeks goes by, I called again. Went there today for an eye exam for myself & my son. The doctor was great with both of us. She was friendly & explained everything. The receptionist even helped us decide on glasses, as well! We were in and out of there in under an hour. Unlike at Eyecare, when we were there for over 4 hours for one eye exam for my other son. Would definitely recommend! We won’t be going anywhere else from here on out! Thank you for your great service & wonderful experience!
