I have been going to Kara for a few months. I have back problems and it hurt constantly. I didnt know anyway to relieve it. Kara is amazing. my first session was a little sore because she got to muscles in my back and shoulder area that hurt the most. I have made appointments until the end of year(its still going to happen in 2020).
