This is the second year I had my taxes done by the Plattsburgh office of Jackson Hewitt. My Tax Preparer was Katherine Glass-DesForge, Lead Preparer. I am quite "illiterate" as far as Taxes/Finances are concerned. I do NOT want to do my own Taxes and taking the risk of an IRS Audit, or short-changing myself. (This is the second year I got money back) Katherine was extremely helpful. Her patience and knowledge pertaining to taxes made me feel confident that I made the right decision.
