Went in after having broken glasses for over a year because eye care for the Adirondack kept pushing my apt back, they took my lenses and put them in a new frame for me, the lady that helped me was very sweet i believe her names was Lauren, needless to say i will be using vision works from here on out amazing and kind staff!

Associates were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to find discounts and coupons to help with the cost of my appointment and my new glasses. The doctor, although remote, was extremely attentive to my needs and answered questions about my vision. He took the time to really dial in my prescription for much better vision.

Once you get in the care is very good however it took five attempts to connect with a live person schedule an appointment. The appointments are scheduled far out and I only got in because I had a cancellation.
