Dr. Jennifer Fitscher and staff were so compassionate and kind during one of the most difficult moments of my life. They got my cat in same day and the next 3. Dr. Fitsher was very honest and straightforward - while still being gentle. Unfortunately, my Iris passed away on Sunday. I really thank her for doing all that she did for Iris. The pricing was steep but that’s expected and they did have payment options through a few different companies. As steep as it was - I would have paid triple just to have my baby still here with me. From the bottom of my heart - thank you for everything. Also, thank you for the card and the special gift. It means more than you all know.
Very welcoming and knowledgeable staffing. The time and care with the front desk, the Doctor and Techs made for ease of needs for my recent (4yr old) adoption. He was at ease and the space is very clean and conveniently located in the center of up-town.
Im so very grateful for this place! Every single time I have brought my babies in (three cats) they have gone above and beyond to solve their issues. Along with weighing all the healthy options first they strive to inform us moms and dads on what’s going wrong and what we can do to best fit our budget along with what we can do to prevent having to come back! Their attitudes are always overwhelmingly positive! Thank you all for what you do for our fur babies❤️
