Brandy went above and beyond to help get our house sold after divorce. He was very attentive to needs and always available. When he says he there 24/7, he really means it. He knows his stuff and I wish we would have had him from the beginning. He gets the job done efficiently and does not play games. I will be using him to purchase my future home and highly recommend him to anyone.
Brandy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, that man went above and beyond for us in so many ways and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Brandy! Centry21 I hope you realize the caliber of a realtor and person he is!!!
Brandy McDonald was our neighbor for quite a while. After we watched him easily sell his townhouse for well-above market value, we knew he would be the right candidate for us. To complicate matters, we needed to relocate due to work, so Brandy stepped up and handled everything locally for us with minimal involvement. This is the 3rd home I've sold and Brandy's sale has been the most stress-free. He communicated everything to us - the good and the bad, but way more of the first. Our home wasn't even on the market less than 24hrs before we had an offer. Thank you Brandy for all your effort and hard work.
