Being from the other side of NY and losing my mics for a conference, I was in a pickle big time. Manson not only took time to try to come up with a solution, he sold me exactly what I needed on such short notice. Great place, great owner, if I lived in Plattsburgh, I'd be visiting there alot for my audio needs. This business owner cares about his customers which is hard to find. Thanks again!
