Joe's Barber Shop
“I have stopped three different times and every time was an amazing experience. Francis, Donna, and Amber have all cut my hair and each time every time was exceptional. From the conversation to the end result I was left feeling more like family than just another customer. I used to go here when I was growing up and am happy that they are still going stong. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for the work that you do to keep Plattsbugh looking sharp and fresh.”
