My mom and I came to get our makeup done for my sister's closest friend's wedding. I normally hate having beauty services done bc of horror stories from the past but I'm so so happy I came here. I got exactly what I wanted and it came out even better than I expected. The staff were so informative and receptive to my feedback and constantly asked me if I liked what they were doing thus far. I never ever go day to day without at least some form of filter to even out my skin tone and walking out of Sephora I could not wait to take pics and show off my face. One of the best things about it is that my favorite features (freckles and lashes) were barely touched up at all.....read full review

I could not exchange a gift item in a kohls sephora that was purchased at a free standing sephora store. This was very inconvenient. Now i can't use the credit in a kohls sephora either. It makes it inconvenient to do an exchange and to use my store credit!

Amazing employees. Someone grabbed my online order as soon as i came in while and other employee helped me figure out the best skincare product to fit my needs. So friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
