Incompetence at its finest. We have been jerked around by this company for a month at this point and still have no resolution. They have cancelled three different times and shown up 3 different times without the parts necessary to do the job, despite numerous phone calls prior. They will just blow through appointment times not showing up without so much as a call. Only to then get the same bogus excuse that they don't have the right parts once again. This has truly been a nightmare of an experience and we've already paid for the product so we can't go with another vendor. Save your money and save yourselves the headache. The absolutely worst AV company . After great expense and a very long time the crestron system they installed still wasn't working. we. had to fire them and get someone else to finish the job. They are disorganized and inexperienced. They are worse then bad- they are horrible and it starts with the owner Panos. very unprofessional.
