Our property management company found Techsonduty online. We needed assistance for our Plainview, NY apartment buildings. We had them come by to survey our property for point to point WiFi bridges. We also were in need of security cameras in all common areas. They were able to provide us with a great solution that makes our lives so much easier. I totally recommend them, they were really accommodating and professional.
We hired TechsonDuty to help us choose and install a new Access Control System for our new office last month. They were able to come onsite for a site survey and determine the best system using our existing doors. We went with an Akuvox Video intercom system that is cloud based that our team can manage from anywhere. The whole process and installation was smooth and professional. I would totally recommend them and Sam was great to work with.
We hired Techsonduty to relocate IT equipment from two offices to our newest location. They were able to move our Meraki switches, routers, and access points with no issues. They even went a step further to terminate some cat 6 lines on the patch panels, dress, and test connectivity. I totally recommend and will use them for more installs.
