This is my favorite Petco to go to the manager Gino there was so helpful he answered so many questions about my dog and products he's the reason I will always be going back to this Petco Petco you have a great employee

Went there to look at some fish and pick up some items. The fish area has improved as the tanks look very clean. There are few tanks with dead fish, but it is to be expected. Now to why such few stars. I brought some items to the register and each item I purchased did not ring up correctly. The cashier stated the prices were sale prices and I showed her the picture of the items under the price. I said No issue if she couldn't adjust the price as I stated I would just not purchase all. She mentioned she would have no issue to change but when the total came up it didn't add up correctly. I told her several times the total was not correct even doing the math... read full review

I couldn't find the item I was looking for and an employee walked me right to where it was. The woman who helped me at the register was friendly and seemed happy to be working at Petco.
