Optical Image offers the best customer service I've ever experienced! The staff is extremely friendly and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure you're happy. They have an excellent selection of products, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. Highly recommend!
I tried Optical Image because I saw the great reviews and I was not disappointed! The entire staff from selecting frames to picking up and making adjustments was excellent… kind, patient, and friendly. I will definitely be back.

My best find!!!!!! The staff at Optical Image are not only so experienced, but have great taste and so much patience!!! I walked out with frames I never would have picked on my own. Never felt pressure or a push. It was a fun shopping experience and I enjoy reading with my new glasses now more than ever. Heather and Jessica are fantastic to work with.
