I’ve read some reviews from people complaining about paint chipping and crooked hardware. My project is too new to tell how the paint will hold up but I can speak on my experience with the team: The project was completed on time and on budget. Jason was always available for questions and flexible with requests and add-ons and he was transparent with regards to pricing throughout the project whenever we made changes to the original plan.
The team worked neatly and everyone was very considerate and professional. Based on that experience I have no doubt that Jason will stand behind his work. I would absolutely use them again.
